The Ministry Mindset Program
The Ministry Mindset Program began as an idea about how to help people in the local church take their relationship with Christ and find ways to put it into meaningful action in the local church and community. It started through small group leadership and mentoring paired with the training of Chazown and has developed into a training program that applies an entrepreneurial approach to learning how to take your calling, gifts, personality, and strengths and develop a strategy or model for serving the commuinity.

Meet our Team
Tom Darling
Tom is the founder of the Ministry Mindset, and is an author, trainer, professor, and entrepreneur who has been serving in leadership and volunteer ministry for over 30 years. Tom has led teams of other leaders in Small Group ministries as well as teaching and mentoring government employees, entrepreneurs and small businesses. Tom is married to his wife Trish, and is the father of three grown children and a new grandson.

Tony Smith
Tony has served in volunteer and professional ministry serving as an ordained minister for many years. Tony also has a vast background professionally in sales and retail. Tony is committed to biblically mentoring others to find their purpose and help people create mental and spiritual balance in their walk with Christ.
John Brant
John has served for many years as a leader and coordinator of Men's Ministry. John is a Navy Veteran and Retired HR professional with many years of non-profit Leadership Experience. John is committed to coaching men to find their purpose and live productive lives committed to Christ.
Ronna Brant
Ronna has served for many years in Women's Ministry and has led many women's groups and specializes in coaching women of all ages in finding their purpose. Ronna retired from the Healthcare industry and also was a Sonography Instructor for many years at the local community college.
Pete Kennedy
Pete has served in volunteer ministry for many years and loves helping young people navigate their way to serving Christ in their everyday work world. Pete has been a high level manager in the retail and sales industry for many years, and has lead large teams and coached people to find their place and be their best.
